Once again Michael Brisson and the Chefs of l'étoile will create a Champagne Pairing Menu utilizing freshly caught Edgartown shellfish and seafood from Martha's Vineyard surrounding waters from local fishermen this October. The menu will be paired with five different cuvées of Champagne from five different producers…both Grand Marque houses and small, artisanal family growers. These fine Champagnes will be poured by Dan Michaud of Ruby Wines.
