Q - What Time Is Check-In and Check-Out?
A: Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Guests must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
 
Q: What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
A: May - October: You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax. November - April: You must cancel by 6pm day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax. Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.

Q - Pet Policy
A: We apologize but the Inn on the Square does not allow pets.
 
Q: Do We Offer High-Speed Internet Access?
A: We offer complimentary high speed internet throughout the entire hotel.

A: Yes.  We offer ADA compliant guest rooms.  Please contact our Reservations Department. 
 
Q: Are There Coffee Makers and Micro Fridge In The Rooms?
A: Yes.
 
Q: How Many Floors Does The Hotel Have? Is There An Elevator?
A: The hotel has 2 floors and there are no elevators. We do have a handicap accessible king room type on the 1st floor.
 
Q: Is There A Fitness Center?
A: We do not have a fitness center.
 
Q: Do We Have A Business Center?
A: No, but we do have a computer station in the lobby area for guests.
 
Q: What Are The Hours Of The Pool?
A: Our Indoor Pool is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. There is no Hot Tub.
 
Q. Are There On-Site Dining Options?
A: Percy's Place is connected to the hotel and offers breakfast and lunch. For more information about their hours of operation and menus please visit http://persysplace.com.

Q - How Much Is Parking At The Hotel?
A: There is no parking fee. You must move your car upon check-out if you are planning to visit Martha's Vineyard
