FAQ'sQ. What Time Is Check-In and Check-Out?
A. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
A. May - October: You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax.
November - April: You must cancel by 6pm day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax.
We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy in which
full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.
Q. Do We Require A Deposit When Making Your Reservation?
A. Yes. We require a one-night deposit at the time of booking.
Q. Pet Policy
A. We apologize but the Inn on the Square does not allow pets.
A. We offer complimentary high speed internet throughout the entire hotel.
Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?
A. Yes. We offer ADA compliant guest rooms. Please contact our Reservations Team.

A. The hotel has 2 floors and there are no elevators.

Q. Cots or Cribs?
A. Cots and cribs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis by request only. Cost is $15 each per day.

Q. Parking At The Hotel?
A. There is no parking fee while you are a guest of the hotel. We respectfully do not allow you to leave your car if traveling to the ferries.
Q. How Close Is The Ferry To Martha's Vineyard?
A. We are located one half mile from the Palmer Avenue off-site parking lot for the ferry. We are located 4 miles from the actual ferry landing.
